Front-end Service
Enjoy the convenience of having your coffee machine serviced at your home or business premises. After you book an appointment, our technicians will carry out the following to keep your machine (and its users) healthy and in top condition:
- Stripping, cleaning, and replacement of group head seals and shower plates
- Replacement of all filter baskets
- Visual inspection of all other coffee machine components, with expert recommendations where necessary
- Calibration of your machine’s water levels, pressures, and temperatures according to the manufacturer’s specifications
- Replacement of the water treatment unit, where needed, to ensure the purity and quality of your machine’s coffee (additional charges applicable for parts such as water vessels)
Annual Service
Annual Service is similar to the Front-End package in many ways. The main difference? Annual Service ensures your coffee machine is legally compliant. Enjoy peace of mind and better coffee with the following Annual Service benefits:
- Stripping, cleaning, and replacement of group head seals and shower plates
- Replacement of all filter baskets
- Visual inspection of all other coffee machine components, with expert recommendations where necessary
- Calibration of your machine’s water levels, pressures, and temperatures in line with the manufacturer’s specifications
- Replacement of the water treatment unit, where needed, to ensure the purity and quality of your machine’s coffee (additional charges applicable for parts such as water vessels)
- Boiler Inspection and Certified Pressure Test (in compliance with the 1989 pressure vessel regulations on the annual certification of equipment with steam boilers)
- Descaling of your coffee machine (available only at our service centre)
Response and Servicing Conditions
- Worker Bee Tea & Coffee will endeavour to respond to and resolve all calls within 24 regular working hours (between 8:30am and 5:00pm).
- Unresolved calls will be charged at normal rates.
Note: We charge separately for repairs and parts.
