Additional Information

A blend of Arabica Beans from around the coffee growing belt expertly blended and crafted to provide a premium, well balanced coffee.

Brazil – A naturally processed Bourbon Arabica coffee grown at altitude in the Mogiana Valley with its warm sun and rich volcanic soil bursting with full-bodied richness, low acidity and smooth chocolate finish.

Central America – Fully washed and selectively hand picked so only the ripest, red cherries are harvested, these Arabica coffee beans from Central America have a mellow acidity, pecan nut flavour and a rich maltiness to them which helps bind the coffee blend together.

India - is the fifth-largest producer of Arabica coffee in the world, behind Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and Ethiopia.

Kenya - is well known for its highly organised network of coffee cooperatives. This system produces remarkable consistency in growing methods, milling, and auctioning across a web of about 150,000 growers, the majority of which are small-scale farmers.

Countries: Brazil, Honduras, Nicaragua. Up to 1,500 metres above sea level Harvest Period: May to August for Brazil, from December to April for Honduras and Nicaragua, and from June to December for Sumatra.

Cropping: Mechanical for Brazil and hand-picking for others.

Processing: Naturally dried on sun patios for Brazil. Pulped, fermented, and fully washed for the Honduras and Nicaragua. Semi-washed and wet pulped for Sumatra.
