Mill name
Completed in 1869, a cotton spinning mill comprising of two six storey symmetrical mills separated by a shared engine house. Built for textile manufacturer William Holland who relocated from his Adelphi Mill, in Salford.

A blend of Arabica Beans from around the coffee growing belt expertly blended and crafted to provide a premium, well balanced coffee.
Brazil – A naturally processed Bourbon Arabica coffee grown at altitude in the Mogiana Valley with its warm sun and rich volcanic soil bursting with full-bodied richness, low acidity and smooth chocolate finish.
Central America – Fully washed and selectively hand picked so only the ripest, red cherries are harvested, these Arabica coffee beans from Central America have a mellow acidity, pecan nut flavour and a rich maltiness to them which helps bind the coffee blend together.
India - is the fifth-largest producer of Arabica coffee in the world, behind Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and Ethiopia.
Kenya - is well known for its highly organised network of coffee cooperatives. This system produces remarkable consistency in growing methods, milling, and auctioning across a web of about 150,000 growers, the majority of which are small-scale farmers.
Countries: Brazil, Honduras, Nicaragua. Up to 1,500 metres above sea level Harvest Period: May to August for Brazil, from December to April for Honduras and Nicaragua, and from June to December for Sumatra.
Cropping: Mechanical for Brazil and hand-picking for others.
Processing: Naturally dried on sun patios for Brazil. Pulped, fermented, and fully washed for the Honduras and Nicaragua. Semi-washed and wet pulped for Sumatra.

When will I recieve my order?
Our General Undertaking is to dispatch all orders received within a 48 hour period once the order has been received and payment information supplied has been verified. For the best chance of next working day delivery if and where possible, we encourage ordering before 12:00. Please note that weekend and bank holiday orders are usually shipped the next working day. If ordering from abroad, we cannot guarantee a delivery timeframe, but we expect all deliveries to arrive within 5 working days.
Once an order has been received, an automated email Order Confirmation will be sent to the email address provided, confirming all aspects of the order. A second email will be sent by a member of our team once the order has been dispatched.
How do I keep my product fresh?
Storage plays a huge role in maintaining the quality and taste of your Tea & Coffee.
The main principles of storage are to keep in a cool dark place such as a pantry or cupboard and in an air tight container. Avoid storing alonside products with a strong odor and do not store in the fridge!
How much coffee should I order?
Whether you prefer to add one shot or two your coffee, we've broken down just how much coffee you would need to order per shot of whole bean or cup of filter coffee below:

1 shot expresso = 8gms
227g bag = 28 shots of expresso
500g bag = 62 shots of expresso
Ground coffee
2 cup cafetiere = 14gms
227g bag = 16 x 2 cup cafetiere
500g bag = 35 x 2 cup cafetiere
How do I set up a coffee subscription?
Setting up a subscription is easy. Simply select the subscribe option from the product page and add to cart. You can subscribe to multiple products at one time. You may also receive a discount for setting up a description depending on the product you choose.
Once you have your items in the basket, go to checkout and complete your payment and delivery information.
You will then automatically be charged for the products you have selected for subscription at your chosen purchase interval, via the same method of original payment.
You can add / remove products from your subcription as well as pause / cancel your subscription at any time. You can do this through your Worker Bee account which you will set up at the time of original purchase.
How do I redeem my Worker Bee Beans against my purchases?
It is possible to redeem Worker Bee Beans in increments of 100. Once you have collected 100 Beans, simply login to your rewards account via the present symbol in the bottom right-hand corner of the website. Login to your account and select Ways To Redeem.
From here you will be able to see how many points you have in your account. Use the slider to select the amount of points that you wish to redeem, then click Redeem.
You will then see a box with a unique voucher code. Simply select Apply Code and your voucher code will be applied to your basket and deducted from your due amount at checkout.
